OFF97: Some Files Remain in Office Folder After You Click Remove (196422)

When you click Remove All in the Microsoft Office 97 Setup dialog box, some
files and folders in the Microsoft Office folder are not deleted.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when the following conditions are true:
- You installed Microsoft Office 97 for Windows, Service Release 1
(SR-1) Enterprise Update.
-and-
- You installed Microsoft Word 97 for Windows, Service Release 1
(SR-1) Enterprise Update.
-and-
- You installed the Microsoft Office 97 Service Release 2 (SR-2)
Patch.
