SUMMARY

This article explains how to display multiple days in the appointments area of the Day/Week/Month view of the Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

MORE INFORMATION

The daily appointments area of the Day/Week/Month view can show more than one day of appointments. To display multiple days, use one of the following methods.

To Display Up to 10 Days

Press ALT+<n>, where <n> is the number of days. For example, if you want to display the appointments for three consecutive days, press ALT+3. The daily appointments area automatically displays three evenly sized days. Pressing ALT+0 will display 10 days.

NOTE: The keypad numbers do not work for this function; you must use the numbers above the alpha characters.

To Display Up to 14 Days

  1. In the monthly Calendar area, select the starting date.
  2. Hold down the SHIFT key and select the ending date. Or hold down the CTRL key and click to select non-contiguous dates.

NOTE: The monthly Calendar(s) preview is only available while in either the one day view or a weekly view.
