XADM: Move Server Express Install does not Detect \Bin (196175)

When you run the Setup for Exchange Server Move Server Wizard, and choose
the Express install, the default location is always assumed to be
c:\Exchsrvr\Bin\Movesrvr regardless of the Exchange Server Bin directory
location.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 5.5
