OL: Message Flagged "You replied on <date> <time>" in Error (195980)

SYMPTOMS

You may have a message that has a flag message in the header, "You replied on <date> <time>," although you did not reply to the message.

CAUSE

This condition can arise when you open a reply to a message and then save it without sending the reply. Deleting the unsent reply will not remove the flag from the original message.

MORE INFORMATION

It should be noted that the flag cannot be removed once it is set. Only the state of the flag can be changed.
