When you scan in PhotoDraw using a Minolta Dimage Scan Dual film scanner,
you may encounter various problems:
- PhotoDraw may stop responding (hang).
- You may receive a Twain error.
- The scanned image may be very dark.
WORKAROUND
Most problems can be corrected by setting Performance to Normal in the
Scanner/Camera tab of the Options dialog box (Tools menu).
If Normal mode does not correct the problem, try the Your Scanner Software
setting.
Upgrade the scanner driver if possible.
