SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to play an .avi or .mpg file using Microsoft ActiveMovie
or Microsoft Windows Media Player, you may receive the following error
message:
No combination of filters could be found to render the stream.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if the following registry key is missing or damaged:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{DA4E3DA0-D07D-11d0-BD50-00A0C911CE86}\Instance\{083863F1-70DE-11d0-BD40-00A0C911CE86}
The value name and value data information in this key should be:
