SYMPTOMS

If you change the screen resolution while you are running Microsoft Encarta Virtual Globe 99, the main program window may not be resized correctly.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, quit and then restart Encarta Virtual Globe. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Right-click Encarta Virtual Globe 99 on the taskbar, and then click Close.
  2. Restart Encarta Virtual Globe.
