The information in this article applies to:
This article was previously published under Q195807 SYMPTOMS
If a delegate of a calendar declines a meeting request in Outlook, the owner of the calendar does not receive a notification even if the Send meeting requests and responses only to my delegates, not to me option is not selected.
RESOLUTION
When a delegate of a calendar declines a meeting request, the following message appears:
This meeting has been declined and will be moved to the Deleted Items folder. Do you want to include comments with your response?
To resolve this behavior, click Edit the response before sending, and a new message addressed to the meeting organizer appears for editing. You can type the calendar owner's address in the To or Cc box so that the owner receives notification that the delegate declined the meeting.
