When you attempt to use your Logitech Connectix QuickCam VC video camera,
it may not work.
The QuickCam VC video camera may also be missing from the Imaging Devices
branch in Device Manager.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you use the QuickCam VC driver included with
the camera.
