Dr. Watson Logs Not Initially Visible with Open Log File Command (195705)

When you first start the Dr. Watson tool, the log files are not
immediately displayed when you click Open Log File on the File menu.
RESOLUTION
Although Dr. Watson is running correctly and generating log files when
errors occur, the log files are not initially displayed until you click
Save or Save As on the File menu and type a valid name for a log file.
After you click Save or Save As and type a valid name for a log file, that
log file and all other log files are displayed when you click the Open Log
File command.
