CAUSE

This problem occurs if you have the Epson Photo Sheet program installed. Some Epson printers include a CD-ROM that bundles several printing-related programs. The Epson Photo Sheet Installer program installs an extension called Oless.ppc into the Extensions folder. This program comes bundled with the Epson Stylus Photo 700, the Stylus Photo EX, and possibly other Epson printers, scanners, or digital cameras.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, remove the Oless.ppc file from the Extensions folder.

According to Epson, removing the Oless.ppc file does not affect an Epson printer's ability to print. For more information about the functionality of this extension, contact Epson Technical Support.
