SYMPTOMS
Non-recurring appointments imported from Microsoft Schedule+ into Microsoft
Outlook 2000 may be off by one hour.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if the receiving computer had its time zone changed
from a time zone with daylight savings time (such as Pacific time) to a
time zone that does not support daylight savings time (such as Arizona
time). This can result in the daylight savings option being set, although
it is not valid for the new time zone.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, use either of the following methods, and then
remove and re-import the appointments:
- Change the computer's time zone back to the old time zone that
had daylight savings time selected. Then, turn off the daylight savings
time option and reselect the new time zone.
-or-
- Make a modification to the system registry to turn off daylight
savings time.
