To print an item in Outlook using a custom paper size, follow these steps:

  1. On the File menu, point to Page Setup, and then click to select a style from the list.
  2. On the Paper tab under Dimensions, type the new values that correspond to your custom paper size in the Width and Height boxes.
  3. To close the windows, click OK.
This will cause the Custom value to be selected in the Paper Type and Page Size fields. Also, the Page Dimensions field, which is read-only, on the right side will change to reflect the changes you made on the left. The graphic in the Orientation field will reflect the new custom settings.
