TC1000 Must Be Connected to Your Computer... (195315)

When you attempt to synchronize the Take Control System Controller (TC1000)
with your computer, you may receive the following error message:
TC1000 not connected.
TC1000 must be connected to your computer in order for you to
continue. Connect TC1000 to your computer now and make sure TC1000
is active by touching the touchscreen.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you connect the TC1000 to your computer
while the TC1000 display is blank.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, restore the TC1000 display before you connect
the TC1000 to your computer. To do this, press Home Menu or Backlight
on the TC1000.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Take Control Editor,
version 1.0.
