If you are using Microsoft Outlook 2000 in the Internet Mail Only mode and
the Internet Mail Access Protocol 3 (IMAP), Net Folders do not update.
MORE INFORMATION
Microsoft Outlook 2000 supports the Internet Mail Access Protocol 4 (IMAP).
This open Internet e-mail standard uses server-based mail storage. Because
its storage is server-based, there are differences between it and other e-
mail protocols.
Even though Net Folders in Outlook 2000, work with an improved Rules
Wizard, the Rules Wizard does not have the functionality to process Net
Folder updates when using an IMAP e-mail server.
