OL98: ErrMsg: "Windows cannot find Program.exe" Starting Outlook (195249)

When attempting to start Microsoft Outlook 98 from a desktop icon, you may
receive the following error message:
Windows cannot find Program.exe, which is needed for opening files
of type "Microsoft Outlook".
CAUSE
You have a corrupted shortcut on your desktop.
RESOLUTION
Create a new shortcut that points to the Outlook.exe file:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office
If you installed Outlook to a different folder use that path. To create a
new shortcut, right-click the Desktop, point to New and then click
Shortcut. Follow the prompts in the Create Shortcut wizard.
