MORE INFORMATION

Overview

Works Calendar enables you to make appointments and send reminders about tasks and events. You can store this information on your computer and share it with other Works Calendar users.

In addition, Works Calendar can export and import files in the following file formats:

  • Tab delimited text (*.txt)
  • HTML (*.htm)
  • Vcalendar (*.vcs)
You can use these file formats to share your calendar with someone using a different calendar program.

You can also send a Works Calendar task or event using an e-mail program by attaching the task or event to an e-mail message.

General Features

Appointments:

  • Appointments are events stored in your calendar. You can use daily, weekly, or monthly views to view your appointments.
  • You can create appointments that occur only once, or you can create appointments that are recurring.
Categories:

  • You can assign one or more categories to an appointment to distinguish between the types of appointment you are making. You can use categories to search in Works Calendar and find all appointments of a certain category. You can even search by category and date.
