When you attempt to organize a large number of images in Microsoft Picture
It! using the Add Pictures command, you receive a message stating that you
are low on system resources.
WORKAROUND
NOTE: This requires Media Manager to be installed on your computer.
To workaround this behavior, follow these steps:
- From Workbench, click Get Pictures and click Organize Pictures.
- In Step One, select any folder containing images. For demonstration
purposes we will use the My Pictures folder.
- In Step Two, click Add Pictures.
- In the Add Pictures to Catalog Task menu, click Next.
- In Step Two, click the pictures you want to add.
NOTE: Add images in increments of 75 images or less.
- In Step Three, click Create a New Folder. In the My Pictures
folder, create a folder called Test.
- To copy the images to the new folder, click Yes.
- In Step Four select one of the following options:
Type in descriptions for the pictures.
Add more pictures.
Click Done.
NOTE: For demonstration purposes click Done.
