PC DirSync: Break Relative Parameter Not Equal to Original Minutes Set (194857)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the -tu parameter with the External program(External.exe) and the value is greater than 120 minutes, the Break Relative parameter that is produced does not equate to the original minutes set.

RESOLUTION

A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems experiencing this specific problem.
