SYMPTOMS

When you run the English-language version of Internet Explorer 4.01 or Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack 1 (SP1) under the Chinese (Traditional) localized version of Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 3, changing your regional settings to other locations may cause incorrectly sized windows to appear when you use the tools in Control Panel.

Cross-locale installations of Windows NT and Internet Explorer are not supported.
