OFF98: Office Update Doesn't Recognize Updated Files (194509)

When you install the Office 98 Update for Mac OS 8.5, all of the Office
files are updated even if you have previously run the update. The installer
program will not recognize if you have already run the update multiple
times. All files will be updated each time you run the installer program
for the update.

This is by design of the Office 98 Update for OS 8.5 installation program.
