If you attempt to install a Windows NT 4.0 PCL, postscript, or plotter
driver, you may receive the following error:
Printer settings could not be saved. The specified Print has been
deleted.
CAUSE
The printer driver you are attempting to install is in a language different
from the operating system (for example, a Chinese driver into a Japanese
Windows NT installation).
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the
