SUMMARY
In FrontPage, when you convert a non-HTML document that includes an AVI
file to an HTML-formatted document, the AVI file is converted to a GIF
file.
To include the AVI file on the converted page, use the following steps:
- In FrontPage Explorer, import the AVI file.
- In FrontPage Editor, open the page in which you want to include the AVI
file.
- On the Insert Menu, point to Active Elements and click Video. Select
the AVI file from the list and click OK. (In FrontPage 97, click Video
on the Insert menu, select the AVI file and then click OK.)
Once you have inserted the AVI file, remove the converted GIF file from
the Web.
