SYMPTOMS

When you select a place in Encarta Virtual Globe 99 and then print the map containing the selected place, the name of the selected place may be very difficult to read on the printed map.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you print the map using draft quality printing or a low printer resolution (measured in dots per inch).

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, print the map using the best quality printing or the highest printer resolution.
