SYMPTOMS

When you double-click the Main.htm file in the Program Files\ TV Viewer\Layout\Support folder, your Internet browser program may go to the following Microsoft Windows 98 Beta Web site:

http://winbeta.microsoft.com/bpc



Also, this Web site may prompt you for a Windows 98 Beta password.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the Main.htm file in the Program Files\ TV Viewer\Layout\Support folder contains an invalid Web address.
