When you try to connect your Windows CE device to your Microsoft Windows
95 or Microsoft Windows 98-based computer, you may be prompted for a user
name, password, and domain name.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if a password is needed for the COM port you are
connecting to.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, type your Windows user name in the User Name box,
type the password for your COM port in the Password box, and then click
OK.
