Works Calendar includes the following default categories:

  • Business

  • Education

  • Entertainment

  • Holiday

  • Medical

  • Personal

  • Recreation

  • Special Occasion

  • Sports

To restore the default category list in Works Calendar, follow these steps:

  1. Start Works Calendar.
  2. On the File menu, click New Appointment.
  3. Click Category.
  4. Click Edit Categories.
  5. Type the name of the category you want to add, and then click Add.
  6. Repeat step 5 for each category you want to add.
  7. When you are finished adding categories, click OK.
  8. Click OK, and then click Cancel to close the New Appointment dialog box.
NOTE: Works Calendar can contain up to 117 categories.

To delete a category, click the category in the Edit Categories dialog box, and then click Delete.
