NOTE: The events followed by an asterisk (*) are recurring events that are automatically added to Works Calendar until the year 2004.

To remove an event from Works Calendar, click the event you want to remove, and then click Delete Appointment on the Edit menu.

To remove all occurrences of an event, follow these steps:

  1. Start Works Calendar.
  2. On the Edit menu, click Find.
  3. On the Keyword tab, type the name of the event you want to remove in the Find appointments that contain the following words box, and then click Find Now.
  4. In the list of found events, click each event, and then click Delete Item. Continue until the list of found events is empty.
  5. Close the Find window.
