File Send and Received Reports Do Not Match (193045)

File Send and File Received counters do not match in chained automatic
replication.
CAUSE
In certain circumstances during automatic mode, the first file is sent
twice.
WORKAROUND
This occurs when you have a stager, midpoint stager, and endpoint. Avoid
the use of a midpoint stager to resolve this issue.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Content
Deployment included with Site Server version 3.0.
MORE INFORMATION
The queryrep result reports the number of files sent to the endpoint is
not equal to the number of files received on the midpoint stager.
