This article was previously published under Q192997 SYMPTOMS If you use Netscape Navigator to view an e-mail project in
one of the programs listed at the beginning of this article, you may experience
any of the following symptoms:
- If you have a transition in your project, such as a text
fly-in, the text may appear stationary instead of transitioning as
expected.
- If you have a card containing overlapped sounds, the sounds
may not be played as expected. Only one sound may be played at a time instead
of multiple sounds being played in an overlapping manner as you
intended.
- If you have tiled backgrounds in your project, the
backgrounds may run onto the following page of your e-mail project.
- You may not be able to embed a particular font in your
project, so the font you choose may be replaced by the closest available font
installed on your computer.
CAUSE This behavior can occur because Netscape Navigator does not
include the Microsoft Internet Explorer filters necessary to process
transitions. In addition, Netscape Navigator does not include the ability to
embed fonts in a project. RESOLUTION To view your e-mail project correctly, use Microsoft
Internet Explorer version 4.01.
