Add New Hardware Wizard Skips to End and Does Not Find Hardware (192746)

When you attempt to run the Add New Hardware wizard, the progress indicator
may pause at 15 percent and then skip to the end of the hardware detection
process without detecting any new hardware.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the Sysdetmg.dll file is missing or damaged.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, extract a new copy of the Sysdetmg.dll from your
original Windows 95/98 disks or CD-ROM to the <drive>:\<windows>\system
folder, where <drive> is the drive on which Windows 95/98 is installed, and
<windows> is the folder in which Windows 95/98 is installed.
