While you are using Internet Explorer, you may lose some keyboard
functionality. Keys that may not work may include the PAGE UP, PAGE DOWN,
and arrow keys.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you have an Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file open in
Internet Explorer.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, use any of the following methods:
- Minimize and then restore the Internet Explorer window.
- Use the Zoom buttons on the Acrobat toolbar.
- Use the mouse to scroll through the file.

MORE INFORMATION
After you use the Zoom button above the status bar in the .pdf file, and
then select any percentage of magnification, some keyboard keys may no
longer function.
