Unable to Save Text You Send or Receive from the Whisper Box (192395)

If you try to save text you type into or receive from the Whisper box, you
are unable to do so.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the versions of Chat listed above do not
support saving only the contents of the Whisper box.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, save all of the chat room text as a file. To
do so, use the following steps:
- In Microsoft Chat, click Save on the File menu.
- In the File Name box, type a descriptive name for the Chat file and
then click OK.
STATUS
