CAUSE
This behavior can occur if your Screen Area or Desktop Area setting
in the Display tool in Control Panel is 640 x 480 pixels.

increased the size of the Windows taskbar, the Greetings Workshop window

RESOLUTION

Reduce the Height of the Taskbar
Reducing the height of the Windows taskbar may resolve this issue. To
do this, move the pointer to the top border of the taskbar (the pointer
becomes a double-arrow). Press the left mouse button, and drag the
taskbar border down to reduce the height of the taskbar.
Increase the Screen Resolution
To increase the Desktop Area or Screen Area setting, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Display.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Move the Screen Area or Desktop Area slider toward the More setting
to increase the screen resolution. A resolution setting of 800 x 600
pixels should resolve this issue.
- Click OK, and then close Control Panel.
