RW: Incorrect Results with Persistent Filtering Enabled (192124)

SYMPTOMS

Incorrect results may be returned when persistent filtering is enabled in Report Writer.

CAUSE

There is a problem with the order in which persistent filter tables are created.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, either disable persistent filtering or separate the two parts of the filter and place one above the other in the section hierarchy.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Site Server version 3.0.
