Greetings Workshop is designed to print only on Letter and A4 paper sizes. You may be able to print an envelope using Greetings Workshop by changing the default paper size for your printer. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
  2. Verify that the printer you want to use is set as the default printer. To do this, right-click the icon for the printer, and then click Set As Default.
  3. Right-click the icon for the printer, and then click Properties.
  4. On the Paper tab, click the appropriate envelope size in the Paper Size box. For more information about how to change the Paper Size setting for your printer, consult your printer manual.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Start Greetings Workshop, and then sign in.
  7. Click Signs And Flyers, and then click the Start With A Blank Project check box.
  8. Click the second paper size (Event Flyer, Wide) in the Choose A Page Setup box, and then click Continue.
  9. When you are prompted to correct the paper size for your default printer, click Don't Fix.
  10. Add any text or graphics to the project that you want to print on the envelope.
  11. When you finish creating your project, click Print My Project in the "What do you want to do next?" dialog box. When you are prompted to save the project, click No or Yes.
  12. When you are prompted to correct the paper size for your default printer, click Don't Fix.

    NOTE: You may want to print a test page on a standard Letter size piece of paper to check the alignment of your text and graphics.
  13. Click Continue.
