SYMPTOMS

When you address an e-mail message in Microsoft Outlook 98, if you select an e-mail address that is not the default entry in the Address Book, the complete address is displayed rather than the display name.

RESOLUTION

If you need to have multiple e-mail addresses for the same person, create a separate contact for each address, using a unique name for each entry. For example, if a person has both a home account and a business account, type (Home) after the last name in one contact, and type (Office) after the last name in the second contact.
