Invalid Page Fault When Quitting Internet Explorer or Sending E-mail (191607)

When you quit Internet Explorer, you may receive the following error
message:
Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module Msaahtml.dll at
address.
When you reply to an e-mail message using Microsoft Outlook Express, you
may receive the following error message:
Msimn caused an Invalid Page Fault in module msaahtml.dll at address.
CAUSE
These error messages are caused by a problem in Internet Explorer 4.01, and are most frequently encountered if you use IBM's ViaVoice 98.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
- Upgrade to Microsoft Active Accessibility (MSAA) 1.2. If you are using Windows 98, you can obtain MSAA 1.2 from the Microsoft Windows Update Web site located at the following Web address:
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
If you are using Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 (SP4), you can obtain MSAA 1.2 from the following Accessibility and Disabilities Group Web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/enable/msaa/default.htm
