Money 99: List Not Refreshed After Deleting Accounts in Planner (191488)

SYMPTOMS

When you delete an account from the Accounts list on the Savings & Investments tab of the Lifetime Planner, you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:
  • Items in the list appear out order.
  • Accounts appear under the wrong account type heading.
  • Account type headings may be duplicated.

RESOLUTION

To restore proper order and organization to the Accounts list after you delete an account, click another tab then click the Accounts tab. To do so, follow these steps:
  1. Click the Income tab (or any other tab) on the left pane of the Lifetime Planner.
  2. Click the Savings & Investments tab.
  3. Click the Accounts tab.
Your accounts are now listed in their proper order under the correct headings.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft Money 99.
