GR99 Err Msg: Microsoft Greetings Setup Cannot Continue... (191449)

When you attempt to install Greetings 99, you may receive the following
error message:
Microsoft Greetings Setup cannot continue because you do not have
administrator privileges on this computer.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you are attempting to install Greetings 99
on a computer running Microsoft Windows NT.
RESOLUTION
To prevent this issue from occurring, log on to Windows NT as an
administrator before you install Greetings 99.
MORE INFORMATION
To run Greetings 99 on Windows NT, Setup copies some files to the
System folder and makes entries in the registry. In order for Setup
to do this, you must be a member of the Administrator group when
you log on.
You can check which group you are a member of using User Manager.
NOTE: Greetings 99 runs on Windows NT version 4.0, SP3 or later.
