SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to set a reminder for the current day (today) or the next day (tomorrow), you may receive the following message:

Notice... Your date was added, but the day is not far enough in the future to set a reminder.

CAUSE

This behavior is caused by the way Home Publishing 99 and Greetings 99 schedule reminders.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, set reminders at least two days in advance.

MORE INFORMATION

Reminders are scheduled to be displayed when you start the computer after 8:00 A.M. on the day for which the reminder is set. To correctly set the reminder, you must set it at least 24 hours before 8:00 A.M. on the day you want the reminder to be displayed.
