"Please Wait While Setup Searches for..." Message Appears (191392)

When you double-click Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and then click
the Windows Setup tab, you may receive the following message:
Please wait while Setup searches for installed components...
CAUSE
This issue occurs because when you double-click Add/Remove Programs in
Control Panel and then click the Windows Setup tab, a database of
installed components is built. This message is displayed while the
database is being built.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
MORE INFORMATION
This delay is more noticeable on slower computers.
