RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact the vendor of your video adapter to inquire if a driver update is available for your video adapter.

To work around this issue, use the following steps:

1. In Windows Media Player, click Properties on the File menu.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Click Video Renderer, and then click Properties.
4. Click the DirectDraw tab, and then click the YUV Flipping check box to clear it.
5. Click OK, click OK, and then click Close.
6. Quit, and then restart Windows Media Player. Test to determine if the issue is resolved by playing a video file. If the issue is not resolved, continue to step 7.
7. In Windows Media Player, click Properties on the File menu.
8. Click the Advanced tab.
9. Click Video Renderer, and then click Properties.
10. Click the DirectDraw tab, and then click each check box that is selected to clear it.
11. Click OK, click OK, and then click Close.
12. Quit, and then restart Windows Media Player.
