Pointer Trails Appear Shorter When Using IntelliMouse USB (191292)

When you use a Microsoft IntelliMouse USB with the Display Pointer Trails
feature enabled, the pointer trails appear shorter than the pointer trails
displayed by a mouse connected to a serial or PS/2 port.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, increase the length of the pointer trails. To
do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Mouse.
- Click the Visibility tab.
- Under Trails, click Settings.
- Move the slider all the way to the right (the Long position), and then
click OK.
- Click OK, and then close Control Panel.
