When you run a slide show from Microsoft PowerPoint 98 Macintosh Edition
on a computer on which you have set up dual monitors, the Set Up Show
command on the Slide Show menu is unavailable (dimmed).
CAUSE
PowerPoint disables certain features, including the Set Up Show command,
during a slide show.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article.
