Cannot Install or Run Program if Deluxe CD Player Is Running (190905)

When you attempt to install or start certain CD-ROM programs, the program
may not start, and you may receive an error message prompting you to insert
the program CD-ROM even if the program CD-ROM is already in the CD-ROM
drive.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if Deluxe CD Player is running and the CD-ROM
program requires exclusive control of the CD-ROM drive or the CD Audio
media control device.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, quit Deluxe CD Player. To do so, follow these
steps:
- On the Options menu, click Exit.
- On the task bar, right-click the Deluxe CD Player icon, and then
click Exit.
NOTE: Step 2 is necessary only if you click to select the Show Control
On Taskbar checkbox on the Player Options tab when you configure your
Deluxe CD Player Preferences.
