ACC: KeyDown Event Doesn't Fire for Custom OCX Controls (190883)

SYMPTOMS
When you create a custom OCX using Visual C++ that uses the KeyDown event
as part of its functionality, you may notice that not all keys will invoke
the event.
CAUSE
Microsoft Access does not forward all keys to the OCX control.
STATUS
This behavior is by design
