SUMMARY

If you do not have a default printer selected, you may have problems with the line spacing of text objects. You can avoid these problems by installing a printer driver and setting it as the default.

To install a printer driver, follow these steps:

  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
  2. Double-click Add Printer, and then follow the directions in the Add Printer wizard.
To set a printer as the default printer, follow these steps:

  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
  2. Right-click the icon for the printer that you want to use as the default printer, and then click Set As Default.
NOTE: If there is a check mark next to the Set As Default command, the printer is already set as the default printer.
