BUG: SEM Encounters Unhandled Exception When Creating New Task (190627)

SYMPTOMS
Creating a task in Enterprise Manager encounters unhandled access violation
if the Windows NT system date is set between the years 2039 and 2079. A Dr.
Watson dialog box appears with the following message:
SQLEW.EXE Exception Access violation...
SQL Enterprise Manager shuts down, but SQL Server is unaffected.
WORKAROUND
To avoid the access violation, use the sp_addtask stored procedure to
create the task.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft SQL Server
version 6.5.
