PRJ98: Euro Currency Symbol Does Not Display Correctly (190580)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Project 98, when you enter a cost that uses the Euro currency symbol, the symbol may display incorectly.

NOTE: The currency symbol may display correctly in the Entry box.

CAUSE

This problem occurs when the text that contains the currency symbol is formatted in a font that does not support the Euro currency symbol.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, format the text in a font that supports the Euro currency symbol by following these steps:

  1. On the Format menu, click Text Styles.
  2. Under Font, choose a font that supports the Euro currency symbol and click OK.
